Do you give out grants?
No—we’re not a funder. Impact Grant Finder is a grant research service that helps nonprofits discover the most relevant, active funding opportunities available to them.
Do you write the grants, too?
We do not currently offer grant writing services.
📋 How It Works
How are the grants selected?
We use advanced grant databases to manually curate each list based on your organization’s mission, location, funding needs, and eligibility. We tailor every grant list based on your detailed intake form.
What exactly is included in the grant list?
Each list includes: funder name, funding area, grant amount (when available), deadline, eligibility notes, application link, and any key alignment notes. Add-ons like a calendar or board-ready summary are also available.
What’s the difference between packages?
Each tier offers the same quality of tailored research. The only difference is the number of grant opportunities included: 10 (Essentials), 15 (Growth), or 20 (Premium). Add-ons like rush delivery or grant calendars can be purchased with any tier.
Can I request exclusions or specific types of funders?
Yes. There is a space in the intake form to list funders you’ve already applied to, wish to avoid, or types you prefer (e.g. faith-based, government, family foundations).
How long does it take to receive my grant list?
Standard turnaround is 7 business days from the time you submit your intake form. Rush delivery (within 5 business days) is available as an add-on.
Can I use this list for multiple grant cycles?
Most grants listed are current or upcoming in the next 1–3 months. Some may reoccur annually, but we recommend ordering a refresh list quarterly to stay up-to-date.

What types of nonprofits do you work with?
We serve U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits of all sizes, especially small and mid-sized organizations in sectors like education, health, racial equity, the arts, and the environment.
Do I need to be a 501(c)(3)?
While most of the grants we source are for registered nonprofits, we also work with fiscally sponsored organizations or those with government registration. Just let us know in the intake form.
💳 Payments & Purchase Policies
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
Our service is one-time per list—no subscriptions, no recurring fees. Many clients return quarterly for updated lists, which we offer at a discounted refresh rate.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the customized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, if we mistakenly include a grant that does not fit the criteria you provided, we’ll replace it with a new opportunity at no cost within 4 business days.
Can I upgrade my package after purchasing?
Yes. You may upgrade within 24 hours of your original order. Contact us and we’ll provide an invoice for the price difference.
